Q: As a resident, how much does it cost for me to become a member?
A: Residents can be members for free. All fees are paid by your property developer.
Q: How can I become a member?
A: You can become a member by completing the Self-Assessment Survey. Please contact your property manager for access to this form.
Q: What if I lost my membership password?
A: Please contact your property site manager to receive the password for your property.
Q: When I click to go to the Life Success Library it says I need a password. What should I do?
A: Contact your property site manager and ask for the password for your property. If your property does not have a password, please ask your property site manager to contact Ascendant.
Q: What system requirements do I need when using the Ascendant Website?
Screen resolution. Your viewing experience will be enjoyed the most if your screen resolution is at least 1024 x 768.
Web browsers. The following list of web browsers will work the best:
- Firefox 2.0 or higher (download update here)
- Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher (download update here)
- Safari 3.0 or higher (download update here),
- Google Chrome 1.0 or higher (download update here)
Downloads. If the browser on your computer is older than the ones listed above, you may wish to download an more recent version by clicking on the “download update here” words in the list above and installing a more recent version of the browser on your computer.
Bandwidth. In addition, you will need an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to watch videos.
Tip: Even if you have a slower connection, if you wait until the entire video or audio file downloads you can watch or listen without interruption.
